Does anyone know of a chew bone small enough for yorkies that lasts for a while???

Go to your local pet store and purchase a natural bone.
It's a beef bone I believe and already cooked and cleaned.
They are safer than anything you can give your dogs to chew on.
They come in all sizes so find one that will fit your dogs mouth.
They are white and can not be eaten because they are a real bone.
Please stay away from Nylabones, rawhide, bullysticks etc.
None of which are healthy and are dangerous to your pets.
