Lipiderm or Linatone is excellent for dogs hair. It can be bought in liquid form and can be mixed in with dog food. Petco or PetSmart carry it. I have used both of them and I prefer to use Lipiderm because the dogs don't seem to taste it in their food, although, I think Linatone works better.
