 A broken or hurt leg is not an emergency but need to be adressed....
hy, You can call your vet first thing in the morning and they will confirm with you... of course you do not need to rush into ER in the middle of the bight , they mostly would offer to keep an eye on the dog until the morning shift begins anyways.... but if you call emergency or your vet they will sugest to bring the puppy in to be checked out and maybe they will take an xray , maybe they will just have some special recomendations , but do let it go ... call a vet or animal hospital at least !!!
