I understand your question.
I use my stroller when I take my girls to an outdoor mall, and they get tired of walking. One of my girls is bigger than the other and she can walk longer, so when my little one gets tired, she can ride along in the stroller.
Mine get lots of exercise and by no means do I use the stroller in place of their regular walks.
