How old is your little one? I have two that had double teeth. They both came to me already spayed so we did not have the option of having them removed at time of spaying. Tia is now 2 years old and has been fine, but she will be having them removed at her first dental cleaning. Lilly is 9 months and we could not wait until her first cleaning. We noticed her breath was stinky and then noticed that her baby canine was spit and brown. It was rotting. She just had her two baby canines removed and a baby molar. It really depends on your baby. You could wait it out and see if she can wait intil her first cleaning (Usually done between the age of a year or two years depending on how the teeth look). Also if you are not planning on breeding her you really would be better to have her spayed, especially if you may later on down the road get another. Good Luck. Elaine
