It has been years since i have done it but i have gone through it 3x. I lasted about 3 weeks at the longest. I have to drive across town to get the stuff but i am thinking about doing it again. I love the way i feel after a few days. the first couple of days are rough but it is pretty easy after that. the hardest part is watching my DH eat or fix dinner and i sit with my drink!
