I would take him. Two suggestions...I have a front pack; looks like a back pack but fits on the front. When I go places I don't want people to bother him, I keep him in that. I know it was less than $30 at PetCo. He has ridden in that for 4 years. The other suggestions; I just recently bought a stroller from another yt member. I can't say enough good things about it. Murfee is safe and can see out and usually no one even know he is in it. Good luck.
