Do you ship puppies and if so, under what circumstances? I prefer new owners to fly in and meet everyone but ship on occasion
Are the parents of your puppies within the size range of the stipulated Yorkshire Terrier Standard? Yes.
Are you a licensed and inspected kennel? BOTH License not required unless I accept boarders
Do you assist in finding a new home for puppies sold if they should become unwanted for any reason? My contract states they come back to me or I approve new home
What is the average age at which males and females are retired from your breeding program? Females by age 5- buyers agree to this too, males none given
What do you do with your dogs after they are retired from your breeding program? I usually place my "breeders" in pet homes by age 3 w/contr.
Other information: I operate on contracts for all my sale, placements or stud services (which are by private treaty). The contracts were prepared by an attorney. I give and expect to get references on those getting Yorkies from me or they do not get an animal. Part of the contract also states that the animal must come back to me if for any reason in the future they cannot keep it. My animals are always welcomed back home.
