Ask them to send a recent photo with you name displayed on a card next to the puppies. Ask them if you can use puppy escrow to pay for the puppies. This a service.. where you pay --into escrow ( It's a company). IF they do offer escrow--- get all the info and phone numbers and call to verify that this company does is for real... before sending any funds.
They hold your funds until u get your puppies. If they do not respond in a good fashion !!! THEN RUN !!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL !!! NOTHING IS FREE IN LIFE.
