well first you will hear from many on here that "teacups" don't exist. They are just small dogs that breeders call teacups in order to charge you more money.. many will argue that a reputable breeder will not even use the term.. and i agree. these pups are usually very tiny as adults and come with many health issues and are usually very fragile.
Second.. if a teacup is indeed what you intend to buy i would not ship that dog in cargo. I would be surprised if such a small and young pup would survive- emotionally at least. If you insist on buying such a small dog PLEASE go pick it up. They have hypoglycemic issues that will not be able to be monitored in cargo on a plane. i hope you think about all of this and get a healthy puppy... which is really what we all want
