I was trying to figure out the buildings outside your window. Looks like Center City but I can't quite place it.  My son lives directly across the street (diagonally) from the Franklin Institute in one of those old brownstones - directly across from that old Episcopalian church. | She is a Hemingway cat! It's amazing how much more agile she is with the extra toes. She is an expert at opening door and cabinets.  I am thinking about getting some of those baby safety lock things to put on some of the knobs!
