I'm sorry you are feeling so lonely and left out. I would suggest either joining a church and getting involved. People there tend to really appreciate when people step up and ask to help out and I think they would welcome you with open arms and you would make some new friends. In lieu of that, you could try taking a class like yoga or something else that interests you. I would also encourage you to reach out to others like some of the people on here. Good luck!
