Spaying at the time of the CSection is way to risky.
I would not do that due to the high risk of bleeding out.
I use to do that until I learned how risky this was to my girl and I would hate myself if I lost one due to spay at time of CSection.

I finally got brave and bred a girl after a CSection (skipped a heat)
and I was scared to death, she has had a couple of litters naturally after that and it was one big boy that caused the CSection.
