I think Tiny can be used when they say something like "this Yorkie looks like she is going to be tiny" but I dont think TINY dogs (under 4lbs ) should be sold for breeding. A good breeder won't let the dogs go before 12 weeks or so. IF the rest of the website doesn't tip you off to poor breeding, give it more thought, if your insticts tell you to run away, do it.
