I really don't know how many people are getting multiple c-sections but I am sure some people do. I know many that will spay the female if she has just one c-section and that would be the best thing to do if the female is really small. I can't imagine putting a 3-4 lb female through having babies. I know there are many tinies that free whelp but to me is just not worth the risks involved in breeding the tinies. There are many things that can cause a female to require a c-section and size of the female is just one of them.
