that's SO frustrating - I had it happen to me with a couple of printers back when I was doing a ton of printing from the home - which is why I always bought at COMP USA cause they had a 2 year tap plan where you could 'trade up' - I went thru about 5 printers in the last 8 years -
It could be the printer 'head' is clogged - Sometimes doing what Cindy (chattiesmom) said will work - other times you have to purchase a new printer head for the printer - that's the little unit that the ink sits in -
That can run a bit of money but WILL work - |
