dealers arent all the much better... they make mistakes sometimes...

i took my truck in for an oil change, drove it home, and got out of my car to find my engine smoking and oil leaking all over my driveway. they forgot to put the cap back on the oil... so it pretty much spilled out and there was only a tiny bit left by the time i got home... good thing i didnt live farther.

they did come tow it back for me and give me a free oil change though....

but ive heard of other people who have had them forget to put oil back in and their engine blew...

i think their goal is jsut to get as money done in a short amount of time as they can to make the most money.
