We also payed first AND LAST months rent before we moved in.
She is just ticked because she wanted us to stay here until she found another renter so she wouldn't be out of any income.
I hate doing it to her (they have been really good to us while we lived here), but I HATE this house and I want out of it ASAP! So it doesn't bother me at all that she wants us out by this weekend. The sooner I am able to go HOME.
