Well... I will say that Im by far not an expert and this is my first Yorkie... So I can only go from what I know
I will say; that I've had my baby since she was 9 wks and sweetie, she has definately grown quite a bit physically and mentally since 14 wks. So, its not that I was saying your pup doesnt have its personality yet, but rather that it's still growing my dear. Out of nowhere Meka began barking/yapping at almost everything after 7 mo's or so. She was never that way, its something that just started... Its not that she wasnt socialized, or trained well...
I think almost anyone on this site would agree that their pup has changed quite a bit since 14 wks of age
but, hey... I could be wrong
