It is confusing. People feel like only unethical breeders use the word teacup. They are enticing people to buy very small Yorkies. Most ethical breeders won't breed a Yorkie below 4 lbs. I would be wary of any website that is using those words. They're probably selling the Yorkies before the age of 12 weeks and promising not to exceed a certain weight, which no breeder can do. People at YT describe some of their babies as Tinies and it just means they are very small Yorkies, under 4 lbs. Neither word is useful for selling a puppy though, since all Yorkie puppies are Tinies.
