thank goodness my husband is a mechanic and he does all my work on our cars, but ya its amazing how many shops out there scam people, they drop the oil filter, put one back in add oil and out they go, they don't get for fluid levels or greasing of the nipples, etc. My husband has told me horror stories on other mechanics who take short cuts to make a bigger buck!
