Keep a leash on her in the house. I know it sounds silly but it works. You don't have to keep her tethered - it's just easier to catch her when she has the leash on.

Also, you might want to find a good trainer. We've had Loki in obedience class for 4 months now (he's 8 months old) and he loves it, we love it, and we have an hour a week to ask questions like this! It helps because I trust my trainer (positive reinforcement ONLY, ignore bad behavior, reward good behavior, etc.) so we are able to discourage bad habits like this before they get worse. I could write a page of advice based on what my trainer has suggested just on this one "chase" behavior but it still may not help you because I don't know your dog. I know that doesn't really help, but it's seriously the best advice I can give!
