she could have thrown up bile....which is a yellowish but not usually pasty.
I would call the vet and just let him or her know that your baby is having a problem since the shots and does he or she have any advise. And that she hasn't eaten anything different. I am sure they can tell you what to do. She may just have a reaction to the shots or maybe contracted a virus from one of the dogs at the vet.....could be several things. But anyway Yorkies are kinda small and can dehydrate quickly so I'd give the vet a call. Hope it clears up soon.
