That was uncalled for, I would have asked him if he was going to pick it up.
And the women I was speaking to said something about losing a lot of her info in a move so she only had her back up papers from her scanning. She says she now just scan the information and save the originals but they end up being lost and just don't worry about them. She puts her information in emails to herself and an online storage system, I believe (I have to ask her again).....
