I have two yorkies, but i would like another one.
However, we wont get one until we move - but that is only if we get a house. If we end up sticking to a condo, then we'll just keep the two.
I think it all depends on your situation. Do you feel 'harried' ....ie. like you dont have enough time with them, or if you are running around for them too much? If there is any discomfort or stress, then you are probably at your limit. The fact that your daughter is saying you have too many probably means that she sees some sort of stress somewhere and is therefore commenting that you have too many. Though, she could also be sayiing that because having so many is not a 'common' thing.
You just have to see if you have it within your means to fulfill the needs of another yorkie. Though, i once heard that once you have three, the fourth, or fifth goes unnoticeable.. but thats just something i've heard........ |
