2 lbs at 8 weeks doesn't necessarily mean a teapot at all. A "guide" to adult weight is to multiply the 8 week weight by 3 or 12 week weight by 2, so if she is 2 lbs now, that only makes her 6 lbs as an adult. Perfect!
Of course, nothing is guaranteed, it also depends on the weight of her parents and ancestors, or just a fluke that could make her a teapot....or stay super tiny for that matter. But, sounds to me like she might be a good standard yorkie size.
