I made an armoire from two Closetmaid components. The bottom is a two drawer section, the top a two shelf section. I took the shelves out and installed PVC pipe to make rods to hang clothes on instead.
I got this idea from a member on another forum. It's worked great since all the armoires I found for pets weren't nearly big enough.
