I had a paper jam and now my yellow color isn't working!!! They are new ink cartrides and I have an HP photosmart 7960.
Ever since the jam its not printing right. I've cleaned the cartridges several times. did a couple calaborations and still its not working right!
I've spent over an hour trying AGHHHHHHHHHH!
Any suggestions??? I have things I need to print
