How old is your dog? Because you can switch them to adult food at 6-7 months. Adult food is lower in fat and when your pup is fully grown they don't need that extra fat in their food anymore (small dogs are considered full grown at 6-8 months unlike big dogs, which is more like a year.)
Sully is on adult food now, but eats the Nutro Small Bites Lamb and Rice - so Nutro may have a puppy food that has lamb and rice in it?! But when your dog does need adult food, this is a great one. |
