Well, first off welcome to YT! I wish I could give you some good advice about housetraining. It is difficult and even more so when it's cold or rainy out. I would try blocking off an area of say your kitchen with a pad in the corner and leave him in there when you can't watch him closely. Hopefully there is not vent there and he will get the hang of it that way. Good luck and remember to take a deep breath! He'll get the hang of it eventually!
