You have to treat this behavior like a felony. The second he bites, you stand up and turn your back to him. Completely ignore him for 60 seconds. Then return to whatever it was that you were doing. Eventually, he will get the idea that biting results in no attention from you, and that is the last thing he wants! FYI, my puppy school teacher says that there are to be no off leash/house/bed/furniture privileges until the puppy no longer mouths/bites, is fully house trained and no longer jumps up on you or other people. Until then, any attention he gets is from the floor. You can sit on the floor and hold him in your lap if he is being good.
