Just something for you to check.... I had a yorkie do something like this and I decided to check his mouth but I didn't see anything and then I saw in the very corner of his mouth a few hair strands so I pulled on it ...it was a group of hairs that was about 4 inches long going down his throat!....He had been chewing on a chewy and when his head was down his hair pooled on his chewy so he was chewing hair with his chewy....this happened more than once before I figured it out and trimmed his hair.....just something to check...
