a couple months ago my fiance turned left over a double yellow line into a parking lot. A cop stopped him and gave him a ticket, while they were "going about their buissness" the cop was bragging that he could make his quota sitting here all day because of all teh people that do this. Well, there is a SIGN from the jack in the box (this is whos parking lot it was) that says ENTER HERE. The enter sign indicates to CROSS the double yellow line! My fiance fought it and he won!!!! YAY. It was like a $250 ticket!!!!
He got pics and everything to turn into the judge, but the cop never showed up.... (i think he woulda won anyways if teh cop DID show up because of the sign)
