I'm sorry. I somewhat know how you feel. My ex-boyfriend (who was my boyfriend at the time) who was a marine did two tours of Iraq while I was with him and it was horrible. The only communication I had with him was through snail mail.
I have so much appreciation for those guys. I know I could never do anything like that.
