not to sound ugly but according to tree law if it falls on your property it's not the neighbors problem. Now a good neighbor may offer to help but they don't have too. At least this is case for my state. A tree fell on my boss's house and it was an "act of god" his insurance paid but the neighbor did nothing to help. A co-worker had a tree fall on her neighbors property and they paid the deductable on the insurance for their neighbor. |
