HELP PLEASE!!! My yorkie is about to give birth any minute now. She's at 62 days, and her temp at 7:30am was 96*... she has been digging and nestlinng for the past hour. She has also vomited and been experiencing restlessness for a while now. We are unsure how to go about the procedures for this is ours and her first time whelping and we are in need of guidance. Are there any other precaustions we should know about to make this more comfortable for our dog. We heard some stories about how the mother will actually not know that she is actually giving birth. In this case, how do we help her through the process. We have also read about ceasarians being common for Yorkies, and we are unsure of what these signs may look like if it is necessary.
