My little Lola seems to get the same thing. I only find them occasionally when petting her... tiny little pin-head scabs that don't seem to bother her at all.
I've asked the vet about skin allergies, but her coat is in great health and her skin doesn't seem irritated. She's never had fleas, and now that it's winter and I'm still finding the occasional bump/scab, I'm just chalking it up to pimples versus insect bites.
So long as my baby's not bothered, I'm not overly concerned.
