Oh goodness Megan I am so saddened to hear this....poor little Mugsey
My aunt has had SO many dogs that have bit hit by cars (not all hers, alot of them were neighbors dogs) as she lives out in the country and people just FLY down their road, it is so sad
My brother has had a couple of dogs that have been hit by cars too and it is just INCREDIBLY heartbreaking
I will be thinking of Mugsey and will most definitely keep him in my prayers
