This was our second trip there, I had forgotten how much I love the place. No power cuts there yet.. but they are expecting them, as S.A supplies them with power! We left the kids at home, boy did we miss them . I'm sure you missed yours as well.

  Hey girlfriend!
Great to see ya! Australia was fabulous (even if it rained almost every day

). I had to laugh when you asked whether I missed the kids - I am assuming you meant the li'l furbutts, right? I mean the skinkid is grown and can fend for himself, but my Mango and Spanky....... argh! I worry soooo much about them when I have to put them in a kennel. Anyway, they seemed fine when we returned home - I can always tell - if they lost weight or not; Spanky is still her Porky Yorkie dear old self, and Mango is still doing her zoomies, so all is well with my babies.
I hate what is going on in SA with the power shortages. How on earth does this happen in the 21st century?? I worry so much about my Mom, being there by herself. Where she is located at the moment, the town house you went to, they have very few problems because it is on the same grid as the Gauteng train. However, she has to move (long story), and G_d knows what will happen in a new place.
PM me with ALL the news, hope you have a lekker weekend,
Lauren
