We had to stop doing this for Hallee because even if we taped it down she pulled it up. We came home for lunch one day and Hallee was laying there choking, what we believe to be the blue plastic part of the pee pad. Thank goodness we came home at lunch because she was layed out flat struggling to breathe with her feet straight out. She could not even stand. We use the cloth pee pads now that we bought from from one of the members here and we love them. Be careful your little one is not pulling it apart ect. Can never be too careful.
