Chelsea LOVES to be petted...and "asks" permission to get on your lap ~ then, she INSISTS on being touched...you don't even have to "pet" ~ just lay your hand on her little body and all is good...lol...but she's NOT spoiled!!! (And should you believe that...how about talking about some property for sale...) LOL...
