I knew the day would come for Kaba to start barking like a normal dog. For her first 8 months, I probably heard her bark 10 times total.
Not anymore. Now she is starting to bark at people walking by the house, animals in the neighborhood, leaves rustling, thin air....sometimes I have no idea why she is barking...I swear she's talking to ghosts sometimes.
Its not something that really bothers me. She has a very quiet bark and I know how to fix the barking, I just wanted to put it out there that if you have a quiet puppy don't expect them to stay that way forever.
I can't brag about her being a quiet toy breed anymore.
I just have to focus on the other things to brag about now.
