 Girls Just Want To Have Fun...
I went to WalMart today and they had a small rack of Sesame Street dog items. I saw this little pink shirt that said "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" and I
knew that Lola just had to have it. I haven't watched Sesame Street since I was a kid so I have no clue what the character's name is that is on the back of the shirt. WalMart also had three other shirts. One was yellow with green trim around the arms, neck, and belly and it said "Grouchy" on the back of it and had Oscar the Grouch on it. And that shirt was very fitting for my fur-nephew, Cujo, so we had to get that for him. The other shirt was red and blue and said something about Elmo on it, but I can't remember the saying. The last shirt was green and had Big Bird on the back and said "B is for Big Bird". They were all so cute and only $4.97! They also had lots of Sesame Street toys and an adorable Elmo bed that had Elmo on the front and said "Shhhhh...Little Monster Is Sleeping". It was so cute and $25. We would have bought it, but we already have 5 beds so I don't think they needed it. Sorry for the really long post, but I just had to share this with you guys.
Here are some pics of Lola in her new Sesame Street shirt. Sorry that you can barely see her eyes through her face hair. That hair under the eyes is still so short that it sticks straight up over her eyes, but I don't want to cut it so hopefully it will grow out soon. She actually left her topknot in long enough to take some pics. YAY! |
