Could it be a flea, ant or mesquito bite? my girls have had ant bites that look like little pimples. if Layla had her face in the grass, a little ant could have crawled up there and bit her

I know the ants here in Texas give a fierce bite and they hurt/itch at the same time. I put a little Q-tip with bleach on there and dab it and that takes the sting out. i then wash it off so they won't get the bleach if they lick it.
I wouldn't recommend that if it was on her face tho.
