 raw
My yorkie (Dixie) is so very picky too! My vet said I could microwave canned food just enough so that it isn't cold (but not enough to be warm). The only thing I wonder is if you are feeding raw (which Dixie loved for about 2 weeks then was board with it) and it has bones (even ground ones) it might not be good. If it starts to smell like hamburger, it is definitely cooking so it's not really raw anymore.
