Hmmm...after reading what everyone's written you have me wondering about something that just happened to Sophie. I had her groomed and she looks adorable. I never asked the groomer about expressing her glands. I didn't know anything about that until just now. Anyway, she came home and had a terrible case of diahreah (sp?). I checked old threads and tried everything suggested...pedialite, low fat/low sodium chicken broth, chicken and rice. After three days her diarrhea got so bad there was blood in it so I rushed her to the vet who put her on medication. She's fine now, well almost fine except now she hasn't had a bowel movement for three days. Do you think the groomer could have caused this. The poor little thing's been sick for a week and now I'm wondering if it was because groomer expressed her. Do you think that could be the problem?
