Don't cook it.... No microwaving, pan frying, baking, etc etc. It's not just that it affects the nutrients, it can actually make it dangerous.
There's bone in there. Cooked bones cause problems (perforations, impactions, etc). It doesn't digest easily like it does when raw. If there's a chunk of it in there (which sometimes there is), it has the potential to cause problems if it's cooked.

If you need to warm it up, add some warm water. That'll take the cold edge off without cooking it.... Or warm a high quality canned food (like NV's Instinct) and mix that in with the raw.
