What is the best way to start potty training our new 9 week old puppy? We are taking her outside when she walks up in the morning to use the bathroom and several times a day. Even if she uses the bathroom outside, she comes right in and does it again. Any ideas on how to get her to tell me to go outside or how to get her to use the bathroom in the same spot in the house each time?
