First I want to say thank you for all the great info. I truly felt that it was kinds weird that the lady (groomers)said that was part of the routine and that they do that everytime, I was nervous. Well I had not brought Chewy to get groomed yet but I know that I will make sure that the groomers do not express that anual glands. He seems to be doing just fine no scooting no smell and he gets his carrots. I believe once that is started it will always have to be done. So thanks again!
