Pao claws his water bowl when it is empty and food bowl when he is hungry. When he cannot reach his toy whether it be under the couch/etc, he will do a funny low-pitched kinda silent bark and you know he is asking for help. Now he even taught himself to ask for help every time he needs a treat because the treat sits on top of a shelf and he can't reach it
. Sometimes I am not even sure if I should give it to him or not in that situation but I do give in a lot of time.Oh well
